Cypress Net Legal Stuff

Our web site has been placed online to serve the members of the Cypress Net as well as those amateur radio operators who visit us in search of information about membership in our net. There are certain legal notices that need to be made regarding the content of the web site so this page was created for just that purpose.

Your Personal Information

Your personal information that you submit to use (name, call sign, email address, etc.) are considered to be privileged information. Being that we consider the information privileged we do not use it for any other uses but your membership and awards programs within the Cypress Net . We do not provide any of your information in the form of email lists to anyone outside of the Cypress Net . There may be times that your name, call sign, and 10-10 number could be supplied to Ten-Ten International during the course of our required quarterly reports to the Ten-Ten Chapter Coordinator. At this time we do not use cookies for any of our pages or email based forms, but this could be changed in the future. The use of CAPTCHA images on our contact and application forms is strictly to trip up spam bots and has no reflection on your application. The CAPTCHA images do not collect any information, they are on the forms to keep people from using automated web scripts to fill in the forms.

These Terms of Use apply to everyone who uses this site. THIS DOCUMENT IS A LEGAL CONTRACT, PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY FIRST. BY USING THE SITE, MATERIALS OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY PROJECTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS AND AGREE TO THEM. The web site design, although a collaboration, is copyrighted by my company. The site Cypress Net certificates and awards, web site design, hosting, and promotion is used strictly to allow for the dispensation of Cypress Net communications through the use of the Cypress Net Forums and any Cypress Net certificates or awards. No parts of the web site may be use with out permission. All graphics, especially the awards and certificates, all copyright and may not be used either in your web site or the design of similarly based awards or certificates.
